  Become a Volunteer

Volunteers are the backbone of the Oregon Hunters Association.

By signing up as a General Volunteer, you'll have opportunities to support a wide range of OHA programs and activities based on your interests, skills, and availability. Volunteer opportunities may include habitat restoration and conservation projects, youth and educational events, fundraising banquets, community outreach, membership drives, advocacy efforts, chapter activities, and leadership roles such as serving on a chapter board or committee.

No matter your experience level or available time, your contribution matters and helps advance OHA's mission across the state.

Oregon Hunters Association events bring together people who share a passion for the outdoors.

From chapter banquets and conservation projects to educational workshops, youth activities, and community gatherings, there's something for everyone.

Whether you're a lifelong hunter or just getting started, our events are a great way to build connections, learn new skills, and support the future of Oregon's hunting heritage.

Healthy wildlife populations don't happen by accident.

Across Oregon, OHA members and volunteers roll up their sleeves to improve habitat, restore critical landscapes, support wildlife research, and create lasting benefits for the animals and wild places we all value.

From hands-on stewardship projects to partnerships that make a statewide impact, our conservation efforts help ensure Oregon's hunting heritage and natural resources remain strong for future generations.
